Week four saw a proliferation of points scored as 9 out of 14 games went over the total. These 9 games went over the total by an average of almost 12 points. Last week we learned a few things about some teams in the NFC. First, Brett Favre still does have enough gas in the tank to win the big games. His 3 TD performance on Monday night against his old team help lead the Vikings to a 30-23 win over the Packers and a 4-0 start. AFC Week Five Previews & Match Ups
In week four of the NFL season, some statements were made in the AFC. Two teams, Baltimore and the N.Y. Jets fell from the ranks of the unbeaten. The Ravens fell to the Patriots 27-21 as Tom Brady was able to generate just enough offense to get the win. The Saints’ defense was the key to the Jets 24-10 loss in New Orleans.
