Top 3 NFL Over/Under Plays of the Week
Points were a little more plentiful in Week 2 as some of the better offenses in the league finally got it in gear. All told, nine games went ‘over’ the total line while seven games stayed ‘under’. In Week 1 the total average number of points scored in each game was 36.6. This number jumped to 41.4 points last week. The lowest scoring game of the week was Miami’s 14-10 win over Minnesota as Viking QB Brett Favre has gotten off to a slow start. The highest scoring game of the week was Philadelphia’s 35-32 win over Detroit. Eagles backup QB Michael Vick played so well in this game he earned the starting spot for the foreseeable future.

Cleveland Browns @ Baltimore Ravens Over/Under: 37
Cleveland is off to another poor start and most of its problems once again revolve around the Brown’s inability to put points on the board. Seneca Wallace got the start at quarterback in last week’s 16-14 loss to Kansas City as Jake Delhomme is still recovering from an ankle injury. His status for this game is still unknown.
Baltimore’s new vertical passing attack has been stuck in neutral as the Ravens have only managed to score 20 total points in their first two games. QB Joe Flacco has completed less than 50 percent of his passes.
The total has stayed ‘under’ in six of the Browns last eight games against the AFC North. The total has stayed ‘under’ in nine of the Ravens last 12 games against teams from the AFC. The Pick: UNDER
