However, the offense has averaged just 3.0 rpg and have another test here. Cincinnati signed Brady Singer who had a few decent years in Kansas City including posting a 3.71 ERA last season. He opened with a gem against Texas, allowing only one hit and two walks while striking out eight over seven shutout innings. Milwaukee counters with Elvin Rodriguez who allowed four runs over four innings in that 11-1 loss to Kansas City. He is being given another start because of the thin rotation due to injuries. The Memphis Grizzlies (45-32) will visit the Detroit Pistons (42-34) on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. This matchup features two teams aiming to solidify their playoff positions in their respective conferences. The Grizzlies recently snapped a four-game losing streak with a narrow 110-108 victory over the Miami Heat, highlighted by Ja Morant’s game-winning shot at the buzzer. Despite this win, Memphis has struggled, losing seven of their last nine games.  The Pistons are coming off a 117-105 road win against the Toronto Raptors. Tim Hardaway Jr. led the team with 23 points, while Jalen Duren contributed 21 points and 18 rebounds. Detroit has won six of their last nine games and will be playing on the second night of a back-to-back. The Pistons could be without star player Cade Cunningham who is questionable (left calf contusion). Cunninghame missed last night’s contest but really wasn’t needed. Memphis Grizzlies: Ja Morant: Averaging 22.9 points and 7.3 assists per game. Jaren Jackson Jr.: Contributing 22.3 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Detroit Pistons: Cade Cunningham: Averaging 25.7 points and 9.2 assists per game. Jalen Duren: Averaging 11.8 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. The Grizzlies aim to build momentum after their recent victory, relying on Ja Morant’s leadership. The Pistons’ performance may hinge on Cade Cunningham’s availability, as his presence significantly boosts their offense. Detroit’s challenge will be managing fatigue from consecutive games and countering Memphis’s dynamic backcourt. The Pistons will finish in the top six of the East which means no play-in game for them. They don’t have to have today’s contest so I don’t see them rushing Cunningham back. And, with last night’s game they will be thin in depth. Take Memphis.

The Blue Devils and Cougars have value to this over. This is going to be a game where it’s played at the Blue Devils pace. Duke loves to play quick and they’ll push the tempo, forcing Houston to play fast as well. Duke has put up 85 points or more in every game so far and they’re clicking on all cylinders.
