Calgary Flames @ St. Louis Blues
Sportsbook Ratings Odds: Flames -115
The St. Louis Blues are a home underdog on Tuesday night but it shouldn’t surprise too many people. After all, the Blues do have the worst home record in the Western Conference.
It has been a very disappointing season for the Blues, who made the playoffs for the first time in four seasons last year. They are tied for last in the West.
The Blues have lost four straight at home but Brett Hull Hall of Fame induction will be honored on Tuesday. Look for that to spark the Blues to a home win.
Philadelphia Flyers @ Pittsburgh Penguins
Sportsbook Review Odds: Penguins -200
The Philadelphia Flyers and Pittsburgh Penguins are familiar foes. The Penguins have eliminated the Flyers in each of the last two playoffs and they’ll be looking to upend their in-state rivals again.
The Flyers are under a new coach as Peter Laviolette took over for John Stevens but the bigger issue for Philly will be the fact that Pittsburgh is finally fully healthy. The Penguins have their number and they’ll get by with a close win.
Tampa Bay Lightning @ Nashville Predators
Bookmaker Review Odds: Predators -160
The Nashville Predators have been one of the surprise teams in the NHL this season. They are currently 19-11-1 and have a shot to notch their 20th win on Tuesday, which is something that took them until mid-January to do last year.
The Lightning have won the last four meetings but they are struggling right now. They have lost four straight overall and might have trouble handling the high-scoring Predators. The Preds have now scored four goals or more in their last 15 games overall. They should be able to end the Bolts winning streak tonight.
Columbus Blue Jackets @ Minnesota Wild
Bovada Reviews Odds: Wild -155
Many people expected the Minnesota Wild to be cellar-dwellers in the Western Conference this year but nobody expected the same from the Columbus Blue Jackets, who qualified for the playoffs for the first time in team history in 2009.
The Jackets are mired in a six-game losing streak and traveling to Minnesota does not appear to be the cure. The Wild are 9-1-1 in the last 11 meetings in Minnesota and they’ll be glad to beat up on the reeling Blue Jackets on Tuesday.
