2010 NFC Season Preview, Predictions Picks & Odds
Welcome to the best and most complete 2010 NFC Conference Preview available online. In less than a month 32 NFL teams will open their 2010 training camp to begin preparing for the start of another season of football. Every team has dreams of Super Bowl glory at this time of the year, but as the long grueling regular season starts to unfold, it will become evident which ones really have a chance of actually getting there. The following are my predictions for the 2010 NFC season.
NFC Division Winners – First Round Byes
Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers showed last season he can be a big time quarterback in this league. With some added help on the offensive line and another strong performance by their defense, he is poised to get them back to the Super Bowl in 2010.

Dallas Cowboys
QB Tony Romo came of age last season as he was able to make big plays when he needed to and avoid the costly mistakes that haunted him in the past. With a dominating defense, the Cowboys should be one of the top two teams in the conference.

Other NFC Division Winners
New Orleans Saints
The Saints will win the South but it will not be as easy as last year. Drew Brees will still light things up on offense, but their defense is still a cause for concern. It is hard to believe they will create as many game changing turnovers two years in a row.

San Francisco 49ers
All of head coach Mike Singletary’s hard work is about to pay off as the 49ers will be able to take advantage of a weak division to win the West. It will not be pretty, but they find away to win enough games to end up on top.

NFC Wildcards
Philadelphia Eagles
With Donovan McNabb in Washington it is hard to know what to expect from the Eagles new QB Kevin Kolb this season. One thing is for sure, he will have enough weapons around him to rack up some yards. Their defense should be improved enough for them to sneak into the playoffs as a wildcard.

Minnesota Vikings
The main difference between Minnesota this year and last will be their inability to beat Green Bay. While the Vikings are still a very good team, the Packers are a much better team than the one that lost to them twice last season. Brett Favre’s final season (maybe) will unfortunately end with another bitter defeat in the playoffs.

Green Bay Packers
We predict that the Green Bay Packers will win the 2010 NFC Championship and go the Superbowl.
