SEC now boasts three teams in the AP poll’s top 10 including LSU, which ascended to the top spot in the country after beating its third ranked team in four weeks. Alabama held firm at No.3 with an impressive 38-14 victory over then-No.14 Arkansas and South Carolina climbed to No. 10 due to losses by Florida State and Texas A&M. Florida (No.12) and Arkansas (No.18) are the rest of the teams in the conference ranked in the top 25.

Mississippi State @ Georgia (-6.5) – 12:00 PM ET
The battle of the SEC Bulldogs favors Mississippi State, which is just 1-2 straight-up against Georgia over the past three seasons but is coming off a 24-12 win last year as a one-point home favorite to raise its record to a perfect 3-0 against the spread.

#14 Texas A&M (-3) vs #18 Arkansas – 12:00 PM ET on ESPN
Both teams are coming off a disappointing loss, but Arkansas has the edge in this one with a 7-2 record ATS in its last nine games against the Big 12, while Texas A&M is a woeful 0-6-1 in its last seven games against the SEC.

Kentucky @ #1 LSU (-29.5) – 12:21 PM ET on ESPN3
These teams have not met since Kentucky beat the Tigers 43-37 as a 10-point home underdog in 2007. Do expect anything crazy like that this time around, but the Wildcats have a great chance to cover against a battle-weary LSU team.

Buffalo @ Tennessee (-28.5) – 12:30 PM ET
Tennessee gets a much needed break this week before embarking on a brutal four-game stretch that includes games against LSU, Alabama, and South Carolina. The Vols should be able to cover the huge spread against a Buffalo team that is averaging just 19.8 points a game.

The Crimson Tide has won the last two games in this series SU by a combined score of 63-19 and are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine games against Florida. This time around should be a much closer contest, but Alabama prevails with a win that covers the spread.
