The tumultuous season continues for North Carolina off the field but on the field, despite not showing on the scoreboard have looked OK. Bryn Renner is the real deal and Rutgers hasn’t looked all that impressive so far. It all adds up to a huge North Carolina win on Saturday.
Prediction: North Carolina -10 – Bet Now
Odds: North Carolina: -10 – Rutgers: +10 – Over/Under: 48

North Carolina State (-2) at Wake Forest – 3:30 PM ET on ESPN3.com
NC State has looked good so far and might just be catching Wake Forest at just the right time. Tanner Price is nursing a knee injury, should play but will likely be hindered in the game. I like the balance on North Carolina State to win out in this one.

Odds: North Carolina State: -2 – Wake Forest: +2 – Over/Under: 49.5

Wofford at Clemson – 3:30 PM on ESPN3.com
This game will be a blowout despite Clemson looking average for a good part of their last week game against Troy. Mighty Clemson will bully Wofford into near submission.

#13 Virginia Tech (-18) at East Carolina – 3:30 PM ET
Virginia Tech looked impressive last week and still have the fiasco versus James Madison last year fresh in their minds. There are a number of weapons on VA Tech that should simply outclass East Carolina who is just 1-7 ATS in their last eight games versus the ACC.

Odds: Virginia Tech: -18 – East Carolina: +18 – Over/Under: 64

#7 Stanford (-21) at Duke – 3:30 PM ET on ESPNU
This is a pretty easy pick. We all know about the Stanford Cardinals passing attack but what is most scary is that they are developing a darn good running game. This game will be a rout.

Odds: Stanford: -21 – Duke: +21 – Over/Under: 59

Charleston Southern at #6 Florida State – 6:00 PM ET on ESPN3.com
Not much to talk about in this game – FSU will role and likely have a few starters on the sidelines for the second half.

Virginia (-6 ½) at Indiana – 7:00 PM ET
These are two teams going in totally the opposite direction. Virginia at least has confidence and optimism on its side. A better running game and defense are the perfect formula for Virginia to get it done on the road this week. 6 ½ points is a bit of a gift!

Georgia Tech (-10 ½) at Middle Tennessee – 7:00 PM ET on ESPN3.com
This could a very close game coming down to the last play. I give the edge to Middle Tennessee based on their impressive yet unsuccessful effort last week against Purdue.

Odds: Middle Tennessee: +10.5 – Georgia Tech: -10.5 – Over/Under: 56.5

Boston College at UCF (-7) – 8:00 PM ET
Central Florida’s defense was decent indeed last week versus Charlestown Southern and should be able to limit an injury plagues Boston College offense. I like UCF by at least two touchdowns here.
