2009-2010 Wisconsin Green Bay Season Preview

With five starters back last season, the Phoenix made a run at the league championship before falling just short. Three starters return, with plenty of experience off the bench to fill in. At least the Phoenix were able to play in a postseason tournament – the College Basketball Invitational – losing a close game to Vermont. UW-Green Bay is one of two league teams (Valpo being the other) with six incoming recruits, including junior college transfer Greg LeSage, a 6-8 forward from Columbus State. Four of the recruits are post players.
