2010-2011 Western Kentucky Season Preview

The Hilltoppers welcome back arguably the league’s top senior duo in 6-5 forwards Sergio Kerusch (who missed 14 games in the middle of the season due to injury) and Steffphon Pettigrew. This will help ease the loss of forward Jeremy Evans (second-round NBA Draft pick), the school’s all-time leader in field-goal percentage and blocks, and first-team guard A.J. Slaughter. A deep and decorated recruiting class, plus the addition of Oklahoma transfer Juan Pattillo (who averaged 6.2 points and 3.6 rebounds in 2008-09), should put the Hilltoppers in contention for their third NCAA berth in four seasons.
