2009-2010 Sacramento State Season Preview
Sac State has Long been one of the toughest jobs in all of Division I. Last year was no exception as the Hornets stumbled their way to a 2-27 record. Second-year coach Brian Katz tried to piece together a team heavy on junior college transfers, but to no avail. This year he’ll try the same method, signing seven junior college pLayers for the upcoming season. There are now a total of 12 JC transfers on the 15-player roster. Post Justin Eller is the best of the holdovers as he was the team’s second-leading scorer and leading rebounder, but this program still has a long road to traveL before being competitive.
