2009-2010 Murray State Season Preview

Isacc Miles didn’t disappoint last season as the Ohio Valley Conference’s top newcomer after transferring from Creighton. He notched the only triple-double in the league. Miles averaged 10.6 points and 3.0 rebounds per game, while Ivan Aska was named the League’s top freshman after averaging 10.3 points and 5.8 rebounds. Also returning to the fold for coach Billy Kennedy is Danero Thomas, the team’s leading scorer with 12.5 points per game. Jeffery McClain gives Murray State a solid presence inside and was one of the three Racers – Thomas and Miles being the others – who didn’t miss a start last season.
