2010-2011 Middle Tennessee Season Preview

Four-year starter Desmond Yates overcame three knee surgeries his final two seasons to leave as the school’s all-time leading scorer. He was one of three senior starters for Middle Tennessee, which figures to drop considerably in the East Standings with only one double-digit scorer (point guard James Washington) returning. The Blue Raiders do, however, have five players back from last year’s rotation. In addition, there are seven newcomers, perhaps most notably UTEP transfer Jason Jones, who started 12 games as a freshman for the Miners.
