James Madison Coach: Matt Brady – At JMU: 34-35, 2 years; overall: 107-85, 6 years
James Madison Players to Watch: Bowles and Wells were first and fourth, respectively, in scoring in the CAA last season. The key will be for consistent play on the point to emerge as Ben Louis will look to step in for departed Pierre Curtis.
James Madison Key Losses: Pierre Curtis, G, 6-3, 180 (8.8 ppg, 3.6 rpg)

2010-2011 James Madison Season Preview
With Denzel Bowles and Julius Wells playing at the level they did last season, the Dukes’ 13-20 record and 11th-place CAA finish was an enigma. Bowles shot 59.4 percent from the floor and is destined for the next level if he can continue to improve. Wells shot only 38.7 percent from the floor, but took 26 percent of James Madison’s overall shots. He is a superior talent, but finding a happy medium between those two percentages might bode well for the Dukes. Trevon Flores boasts a 6-11 frame to line up beside Bowles, so if he improves in the offseason, the matchup problems inside could be immense for JMU opponents.
