2009-2010 Eastern Michigan Season Preview
Injuries robbed Eastern Michigan of a potential breakthrough season. Once Carlos Medlock went down with a broken foot, the season was suddenly flushed away, but now he’s back and healthy. Medlock and Brandon Bowdry give the Eagles a decent inside-outside combination. Justin Dobbins and L.J. Frazier, who could be moved to the bench with the return of Medlock, aren’t shabby, either. The bench is going to be deeper with the addition of six signees. The best of the lot is swingman Jay Higgins. After so many losing seasons, it could be a fun year for the Eagles.
