Clemson Tigers vs Missouri Tigers Preview & Prediction
The key for Clemson could be a healthy Stitt. Once he came back from injury the team found its stride. Booker , while a little on the small side, can score and rebound, and will be aided by Grant, who has an NBA lineage. One thing they do well is keep the game close, with many of their season games decided by 3 or fewer points. They do have experience with 2 juniors and 2 seniors starting. If they can keep composure while continuing the streak of stopping three pointers, there is reason for hope.
Missouri has been cold of late and scoring is an issue with a lack of elite talent. Mike Anderson does make the most of his quick guards providing for a strong defense . The keys will be English, an all around gamer but who averaged under 14 points, and Taylor who finds a way to come up big. If the defense keeps it close, Maybe there’s one more big shot in his pocket.
The odds makers have the Tigers as -1 ½ -point favorites.
Expect the Clemson to take this one to the wire before draining the game-winner in the closing minutes.
