2010-2011 Buffalo Season Preview

The Bulls lost six seniors, including All-MAC guard Rodney Pierce and point guard John Boyer, who led the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio, so the emphasis shifts from the backcourt to the frontcourt. Junior Titus Robinson is a bouncy athlete and Mitchell Watt is long, and both need to be more assertive offensively. Tony Watson didn’t receive a lot of playing time as a freshman and he’ll be pushed once again with the return of senior point guard Byron Mulkey, who redshirted last season. Another player who needs to step up is guard Zach Filzen, a deadly outside shooter if given time.
