2009-2010 Buffalo Season Preview
Four starters return from a team that won 21 games, and in this case they are two seniors Rodney Pierce and Calvin Betts – and a pair of sophomores in Titus Robinson and Mitchell Watt. But the best player at the end of last season was Max Boudreau, who finally seemed to put it all together. Coach Reggie Witherspoon must find a point guard to replace Greg Gamble, who led the team in assists for three consecutive seasons, but he signed a good one in Tony Watson out of Florida. The Bulls were picked to finish last in the East Division last year by most observers, but they won’t be able to sneak up on anyone this time around.
