2010-2011 Bowling Green Season Preview

Three of five starters return, led by do-everything point guard Joe Jakubowski and wings Scott Thomas and Dee Brown. Jordon Crawford and Luke Kraus, both of whom received plenty of playing time as freshmen, are also back to fill out a solid backcourt: The frontcourt? Well, there aren’t as many baseline beauties. The three returning frontline players combined for 172 minutes, the bulk of them gobbled up by Danny McElroy with 165, so experience is lacking. A’uston Calhoun has good size, as does newcomer Cameron Black, and coach Louis Orr hopes to have them ready for regular minutes when conference play rolls around.
