vs.

Detroit Lions @ Green Bay Packers at 1:00 PM EST on FOX

Detroit is off to a 0-3 start but should be at least 1-2 and possibly 2-1 after losing two games that had a chance to win. Last week against Minnesota, the Lions could do nothing on offense as they were held to 295 total yards and 10 points. QB Shaun Hill will be making his third start of the season in relief of Matthew Stafford, who is still recovering from a Week 1 shoulder injury.

Green Bay set a team record with 18 penalties for 152 yards in a sloppy 20-17 loss to Chicago on Monday night. The usually disciplined Packers continually shot themselves in the foot in a game they dominated from a statistical standpoint but let slip away through numerous penalties, turnovers, and poor special teams play.

The Lions are 3-7-2 against the spread in their last 12 games against the NFC. The Packers are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games against the NFC North. Detroit is just 1-7 ATS against Green Bay in the eight games. All this adds up to another big win for the Packers at home.

The Odds makers have the Packers as a -14.5 point favorite with an over/under of 45.5.
