NFL Week 11 Betting Picks

New York Jets @ New England Patriots

Sports Betting Lines: Patriots -10.5

The New England Patriots are coming off a tough loss on Sunday Night Football but this week their task should be a little easier. The Patriots are facing a Jets team that is falling apart by the week and the Pats will have revenge for a Week 2 loss on their minds.

The Jets have lost four of their last five games and they can’t get rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez to stop making mistakes. The Patriots shouldn’t have too many problems getting this win.

Cleveland Browns @ Detroit Lions

Sportsbook Lines: Lions -3.5

The Cleveland Browns are clearly one of the worst teams in the NFL but they may have a chance to win this weekend as they face the Detroit Lions. The Browns will be on a short week and the general concern is has head coach Eric Mangini lost this team. If he has, the Lions should at the very least have effort on their side as they have been trying hard for head coach Jim Schwartz all year long.

The Lions should be able to run the ball with some consistency this week and that should take some pressure off of Matt Stafford, who has been struggling in recent weeks. Look for the Lions to get their second win of the season against the hapless Browns.\

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Kansas City Chiefs

Betting Lines: Steelers -10

The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off a tough home loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and they’ll have to be focused this weekend. It’s not that the Kansas City Chiefs are any good but road trips to Arrowhead Stadium are never easy.

The Chiefs will be without their star wide receiver Dwayne Bowe for this contest, which further limits their lowly offense.

Meanwhile, the Steelers have many weapons and shouldn’t have too many problems covering a big spread. The Chiefs don’t figure to score much.

Buffalo Bills @ Jacksonville Jaguars

Internet Betting Lines: Jaguars -9

The Jacksonville Jaguars probably don’t deserve to be a nine-point favorite in most cases but this week, they are facing the Buffalo Bills. The Bills just fired their head coach Dick Jauron mid-week, which makes it much tougher to prepare for an upcoming opponent.

The Jaguars have been inconsistent this year but one thing they have done is beat up on bad teams. They should have plenty of success rushing the ball with Maurice Jones-Drew this week and when that happens, they typically win and cover.
