Rider Players to Watch: Ringgold is one of the top big men in the league, but he’s woeful at the free-throw line. He shot 34.4 percent in 2009-10.
Rider Key Losses: Ryan Thompson, G, 6-6, 220 (17.2 ppg, 5.0 rpg)

2010-2011 Rider Season Preview
The Broncs never quite lived up to expectations during the 2009-10 season, which is doubly disappointing because it was the senior year for NBA prospect Ryan Thompson. With his departure, Tommy Dempsey will need to find another go-to player. One candidate is Justin Robinson, who’s arguably the top shooter in the league. Novar Gadson and Mike Ringgold are exceptional complementary players, but it remains to be seen if either can be something more. Jhamar Younglood, a Monmouth transfer, wasn’t an impact player in his first season, but he has the potential to be. If he isn’t, another middle-of-the- pack finish sounds about right.
